I've been watching this and I absolutely love it, it's so funny. How could I have missed it before? The scenes where it pans away to neighbouring flats give it almost the feel of a sketch show at times, but they fit in perfectly and allow for so much other funny stuff that wouldn't fit with the Vince/Errol narrative. There's also some really innovative stuff in the way it's filmed. I reckon the reason it's not been re-shown until now is because the broadcast quality is pretty naff, But as it's got Jon Plowman's name to it so I guess that was a deliberate choice to reflect the quality of tower block life rather than a lack of resources.
That's fantastic. Obviously a piece of art of that quality was all properly planned and legal. Though I'd love to imagine the artist hurriedly finished it, ripped down his stencil and ran off into the night with the rozzers in hot pursuit.
