I was told they were being hand delivered by Ronnie Schwartz weeks ago but no-one's seen him since.

The handbook's now on sale on the website, in the same hidden corner of the ticketing website where they sell the programmes. It's £5 plus the usual £1.50 online, so I assume it will be available from the club shop for a fiver.
