Are we expecting a very cold winter ?

A trip to the local rubbish dump this morning and front and centre there’s a gleaming snow plough/grit spreader among the council vehicles. A 65 plate so obviously had a major servicing and overhaul to look as it does, this thing looks like it’s more suited to 6 foot drifts than the stuff we normally get in SW London. Either it’s being put up for sale or somebody is expecting a really bad winter. Must be well overdue one TBF.

I was still wearing shorts and t shirt at Derby away in December few years back, although in a club after it all came off.

If it’s in South West London, it’s probably to push the sand off Chelsea’s pitch when we get drawn against them in the FA Cup.
