Draper took an extended medical timeout before this second set and has stopped chasing after makeable balls. Alcaraz serving for 6-1 and a potential Draper retirement looms.
Whilst I respect Djokovic's record and the longevity of his career, there is something suspicious about these seemingly extreme injuries - 3 inch in tear in his hamstring a few years back and now this one where he nearly had to retire then popped a few pills and managed 2 sets against one of the most athletic players, albeit not playing his best but still extremely physically demanding
Can we find out what these magic pills are and get some for Chuks? I could do some for myself too

I assume all top players are on every legal supplement etc they can find, including being ahead of the game on ones that then get banned.
But there's a few I'd be less surprised if they failed a test for banned PEDs than I would with others.

agreed but these extreme injuries he allegedly gets yet carries on etc. seem suspicious to me
Let find out what they are - the priorities for them are Raducanu, Draper and Chuks - I'll even give up mine for those 3. They must be pretty mean stuff if he was able to carry on the way he plays (especially with all the sliding etc) with a 3 inch hamstring tear

The 3 British players can always ask Novak's new coach what he takes, I'm sure he'll be happy to help

I guess the other angle is he could be talking bollocks a about how bad injuries are to mess with opponents heads and also make himself look good playing through all that pain etc.
Djokovic has to be the GOAT. Still going at almost 38 years old, out there beating top class players who are closer in age to his kids than they are to him.
