All the best in the play offs mate and enjoy Wembley. Lovely bunch of lads Millwall and truly heartwarming to see south London clubs like you and palace doing so well.

It's not happening, mate. Social media last night when Luton's GD took a pounding was proper cringeworthy.
Seemed everyone was out in force, unnecessarily getting their hopes up.
Too many factors outside of our control, unfortunately.

@Big_Bad_World I remember hoping Gary Rowett would come to Cafc but we went for Robinson and yet another week or so and GR would've been available. Millwall definitely punch above their weight; on and off the field and I was surprised how you went under the radar and got within spitting distance of the play-offs.
Steve Cooper may have a face only a mother can love but he is a fine coach and manager and proved he is not only mustard with the likes of Foden, Sancho, Brewster etc but with a Forest side that were in dire straights before he turned up.

We're still within that spitting distance, albeit unlikely to reach the bucket.
GR divides opinion at our place. There's no denying that the season we've had, that he's done it on the budget we have, with the injuries we've had recently, is admirable.
I'm surprised we're where we are as some of our football has been absolutely dire.
I'll be honest, I was more in the Ainsworth camp when GR was appointed, but wasn't against the appointment. Be interesting to see what he can do next season.
In trying to do my bit for the CL community, I thought it only right that I raise this thread due to just how much luck/fortune the 'Wot no Millwall relegation thread?' has given us in recent years in avoiding said relegation against the odds and the wishes of most on this forum.
I hope this one brings you the same fortune.
Addicks to Victory!!!
I'm willing to bet we will finish as the highest placed London club in our league. I'm not sure you can say the same. So, in one way, we will finish the season as winners.
How much was it again? (I'm counting Wycombe in League 1)
By the way, you're all very much welcome. Despite JJ's best efforts to the contrary.
You can't count Wycombe
Next season I can confidently predict we will be the top London and indeed southeast of England (Kent, Sussex, Surrey) team in L1...

It was either Wycombe, MK Franchise, Oxford or Gillingham. You couldn't have a free pass

If you need any help levering your tongue firmly out of your cheek, I'm your man !
( Ah, sorry if that comes as a surprise to you but thought I'd keep my "news" until the season was over....)

5% chance….Tops. Probably slightly less
Less that 1% chance according to the bookies.
Is that for promotion or to make the play offs? If it’s for promotion I’d agree. If it’s to make the play offs I’d say slightly higher

Is that based on actual probabilities or a bookies' special algorithm to determine prices pre punter involvement?
I'm not even entertaining the idea. So much so that I'll be out without access to updates during or after the match for a couple of hours.

For promotion - to make the play-offs it's between 2% and 3%.

For the winner, yes.
