Probably have better luck predicting by picking names out of a hat, but, here we go.

                        McGillivray
      Gunter Lavelle Pearce Purrington
                           Watson
          Lee Gilbey Clare Washington
                           Davison

Henderson, Famewo, Sourae,Dobson, Kirk, CBT, Stockley.

Out of all of Adkins's favoured formations don't think he's really used 4141 with us yet, at least not outright, it's easily turned into the 433 pushing Lee and Washington further up.

    Actually think we'll get a 1-2 win.
    Don't mention 4-1

For the first time this season, I am not even tempted to buy a stream if I can’t make the game and that’s really sad.

We need 3 points today because I dread to think what might occur if we are to sit bottom of the league by the time we next play at The Valley against Accrington Stanley.
If it’s really sad it means you still want to buy a stream!

Raining getting heavier for the second half 30mph winds all afternoon apparently can’t see it being postponed though.
  • A wet and windy 1-1 draw that does us no good whatsoever.

Stop fecking about Thomas and get rid of Adkins before it's too late.

hearing that if we lose today, adkins is gone - source not cast iron, more aluminium but definitely has his ear to the ground - second hand info so not sure exactly where its originated from

We could be 7 points adrift so no surprise there

Genuinely going to be more interested in Shirtliffs performance/tales on the stream than what absolute shitcakes will be happening on the pitch….

Credit to you mate for putting this together, would have been really hard to write.

Not a clue on the team and most going for 5 at the back, with Adkins saying about conceding too many and being away from home in horrible conditions next to the sea, I can see 5 at the back as well. Just don’t know if he’s going to want to start that negative, tough one.

Not a clue so maybe something like…

    MacGillivray
    Gunter Lavelle Pearce Famewo Souaré
    Clare Arter Gilbey
    Davison Washington

Henderson, Purrington, Morgan, Kirk, Lee, Leko, Stockley

Your guess is as good as mine.
Jesus, that team has no width, speed or attacking flair. Reminds me of the team Curbs put out away to Wigan (yes, the manager you all want back) back on 2005. Lost that one 3-0.
Width, speed and attacking flair haven't exactly been serving us well have they? Might not be pretty but we need to try to grind out some results, even if that means lining up more defensively.
What do you mean that attacking flair hasn't been serving us well? What attacking flair? The attacking flair that has only one or two shots on target per match?

Windy. Squally rain. I can see our hoofs up front catching their defenders out.
Pearce to score from 70 yards  :D

Has the lineup been leaked yet?
Looks like calling out the leaks from the last game worked.

Helping the other team by giving them our line up doesn't help Charlton at all.

Given Adkins previous form you'll probably get it correct

I want to see a Dobson Clare Gilbey midfield Davison up front. The rest doesn't matter.

    1-0 not to us.

good comments on Charlton Live .. to paraphrase:  Adkins is forever bigging up the opposition, is that damaging the confidence of his (far too many selected) players ? .. shouldn't he be trying to boost their confidence instead of making them too wary of indifferent opposition ?
We are up against another struggling outfit today, the draw specialists of the bottom ten, the team should be going all out to attack a shaky defence while still being confident of defending against a decent(ish) attack

Whatever team Adkins cobbles together .. Fleetwood Town 1 v CAFC 2

The fact that we can only play decently for 30 minutes or so makes it unlikely we will get anything out of today.

That personnel has a diamond written all over it. Gilbey and Clare the two middle midfielders and they got the legs for it, Lee behind the front two of Davison and Washington.
We’ve tried everything else, don’t think any formation would be surprising. We don’t really have the wing backs for it, we saw that was an issue when we played 3-4-3.

Leko and Davison up front would at least have the energy and pace for it.

The Trust's newsletter pointed out that Fleetwood have had some decent results recently, albeit leaking goals. Difference is they score loads too. Think it might be a tough afternoon. Hope not of course.

"Hey Nigel, if you lose today you're sacked"
That should really help him prepare and motivate.
Or are you suggesting that everybody is now aware of this info apart from the manager?
Seems a bit weird to me, although I am sure he must realise it's imminent if we keep losing.
