Met him a few times. His late sister was a customer in the late 70s and early 80s. They were both charming though she was hugely theatrical I found him completely self effacing. Rest in Peace.

He’s quite a bit before my time, so all I have ever seen of him is his cameo in the extras Xmas special and he was hilarious. RIP.
