Covid Today.

Today I tested positive for Covid 19, had PCR and positive result. Feel fine at the moment, now Isolating for ten days. Any healthy tips apart from not working in a school catching it would be a help.

    Treat the symptoms as they pop up. Paracetamol, rest and plenty of fluids.

    Rest and fluids. Try not to over exert yourself, even if you think you feel fine.

    Make sure you post on the existing thread rather than start a new one.

    Or even liquids. Why do medical people say fluid when they mean liquid?

    Also keep an eye on your oxygen levels, mine didn’t kick in for about 7 days after I tested positive.
