it would be a lot of effort to get the extra arm badges, name, number and rub it on the grass for 110 quid, which probably wouldn't give you much profit in this case but I get your point for bigger name players/ clubs it could be more profitable.

Not really - get them all done at the club shop for around £20-30. Sell at £110 and make a few £££'s. Not much but you have to do very little other than put it up on ebay
The seller knows this isn't the real deal. I messaged them directly to inform them. A prominent collector highlighted it on Twitter a couple of days back too.
