Ah, don't feel a div @charlton4ever, it was a useful heads up. Thanks for the link lads, I really enjoyed that. I especially liked the bit on about 23mins or so when he was asked about the first thing he did when he came in as manager.

I like that 'out on the grass' expression. 

I'm gonna try and incorporate that in posts when the team have been successful, played well, pressed high, defended like Trojans, held their nerve, given it everything and come up trumps ... out on the grass!
