MacG: 8 - Crucial save 1 on 1. Good handling of low shots.
Clare: 8 - Some really good tackles late on.
Pearce: 8 - Showed football ability on top of winning headers and blocks.
Famewo: 7 - Not great first half (too casual). Upped it a lot 2nd half and showed what a good defender he is.
Leko: 7 - Closed down really well 1st half. Carried a threat on the right.
Gilbey: 6.5 - Got into it 2nd half as the game opened a bit. Looked sluggish 1st half.
Dobson: 7.5 - Didn't get it all his own way for long periods but stuck to the job well and started to dominate by the end.
Lee: 7 - Not much going for him for a lot of the game but he was always involved somewhere. Really good late on when we needed to take the pressure off.
Purrington: 6.5 A decent outlet on the left.
Stockley: 7.5 - Gave it everything against a decent back-line. Defended our box well. Needed his physicality yesterday.
Washington: 9 - Tremendous runs and application. Two neat striker's goals.
Referee: 6 - Hard game to ref. He didn't lose control...just had quite a lot of players who were a pain in the arse. At least he let it flow. Always prefer that to constant stoppages.
Opposition: 6.5 - Really committed and looked fit. If they take their three big chances, then they win.
DJ: n/a - Excellent 30 mins. Played with so much composure.
Souaré: n/a - Made one big positional error but after that he switched on and gave us a decent outlet on the left.

Pearce: 8 Solid as a rock again.
Famewo: 7.5 Good game, but still worries me at times.
Leko: 6 Good going forward, but crosses could have been better. Not so good defensively. I think DJ is better as wing back and is more consistent than Jonathan. However, I do like much about Leko.
Gilbey: 7 Did fine, but nowhere near the threat of recent home games. Quiet by his standards.
Dobson: 8 Another excellent game. He does so much work.
Lee: 7.5 Does much good work linking play. Not at his best, but still a good game.
Purrington: 7.5 Good game again, but not at his best. I hope being subbed was a precaution because we will miss him if he is injured.
Stockley: 7.5 Worked hard, lots of headers won, good hold-up play.
Washington: 8.5 Connor is on fire at the moment and defences can't handle him. A key player. Well taken goals too.
Referee: 4 Rubbish really. Too fussy and lost control at times.
Opposition: 6 Looked a well organised team with some pace, but seemed to have been coached to go down too easily and to play-act.
DJ: n/a He should start in place of Leko, if fit. Much better defensively.
Souaré: n/a If Ben is injured and Papa is going to step in, then I am worried!

Clare: 7 - good pace and athleticism
Pearce: 7.5 - defended well throughout and excellent leadership
Famewo: 6.5 - takes some unnecessary risks but better in the second half
Leko: 6 - has the pace and trickery to go by defenders but sometimes does that rather than taking the better option of the early cross, which makes defenders' jobs easier. I like Leko but DJ excels at the early cross with either foot and is also better defensively.
Gilbey: 6 - a quieter game following his herculean efforts on Tuesday but kept grafting
Dobson: 7 - another good performance
Lee: 6 - a few good moments and worked hard
Purrington: 6.5 - let's hope that he's ok, as Souare really worries me
Stockley: 6 - well marshalled by Cambridge's big lads at the back. Getting involved in the incident just before half time was idiotic and could easily have cost us
Washington: 8.5: MoTM - two excellent finishes
Referee: 5 - card-happy but never looked in control of the game
Opposition: 7 - I didn't like their play-acting but they are a well coached and drilled outfit, who gave us a lot of trouble
