Big queue today not helped by the one turnstile out of five open again…what is going on here? Situation compounded by scanner suddenly not working and indecisive steward not sure what to do and initially preventing people entering until he received authority from higher up. Fan protests caused him to relent. All quite amateurish really  This needs to be sorted asap especially with conditions of entry coming into force from next home game ie covid pass/proof of negative test.

    Ring the club up on Monday morning and ask to speak to the chief operating officer who is in charge of these issues. If you don’t get a satisfactory response then take it up with his line manager

    No excuses. 3 home games where the club is expecting over 20000 plus home fans into the Valley. The owner expects a full ground so it should be expected that his staff are  making sure everything is running smoothly? 

    If not why not

    I was 1 back from the single turnstile when the guys PDA failed. No spare machine so they just started to let people in with no checks.

    Absolute shambles and has been all season at this entrance. No hope if they have to start checking covid passes.

    Pathetic that they send out tips to arrive early etc when they can’t even man one turnstile properly.

    No excuses

    Would it be an idea to contact the fan’s forum rep…not sure of her name… to make her aware? Maybe she will carry more clout with the chief operating officer to help resolve this otherwise things will inevitably get much worse soon.

    No offence but why does everything have to go through the fans adviser? The role did not exist this time last year, so what did people do before then!
