Know this team well. Nostalgic. Made my day. Thanks for posting.
Back row L-R: Jimmy Seed, Jimmy Trotter?, John Hewie, Buck Ryan, Bobby Ayre, Don Townsend, Derek Ufton, Trevor Edwards, Ronnie White, Freddie Lucas, Eddie Werge,
Bottom row L-R: Frank Reed, Gordon Jago, Johnny Summers, Stuart Leary & Peter Firmani.
Great team to watch always gave 100%. Leary, probably the best player, had a contract of £15pw. Those were the days. Formation: 2 Full backs, 3 Half backs: 5 Forwards.9 -

No, not at all. Radio controlled aircraft, flying with the air cadets, going to the rifle range, and, scalextric car racing. An X box is something I have never had. Or any other gimmick box.SporadicAddick said:

Aah December 81.
There was a girl walking in snowy Blackheath Village who I chatted up and found she'd missed her last bus.
I took her to the cab station and 40 years later we're still married.16 -

Keep expecting to see a picture of Jay Notley and Lee Bowyer: Charlton training on the snow.0

“I got sent off after about 20-25 minutes in that one for two bookable tackles on Alex Rae,” recalls Bowyer. “He dived in the air twice – I didn’t touch him".
