As water levels are expected to exceed the levels of those recorded during the devastating floods of 1947, is this a LOCKED ON, FACT indicator that we're in for a memorable season ???

    But the after the floods in SE England in 1963 we were nearly relegated.

    Very true. Walsal away abandoned at 0-0 and we won the re-played game 2- 1

    Walsal had 10 men, keeper having gone off injured so had stand in keeper, and another player injured who played on. T

    They need a point, we needed 2 and got them, just.
