Again not really, as long as you have 14 players fit and available you're expected to fulfill the fixture, so I'm surprised we didn't have 14 to choose from on the 29th but do just 3 days later, and no-one is still out with COVID. Suggests they apparently all caught it at the same time, more than 10 days ago, and then noone caught it at all afterwards, possible, but fairly unlikelymendonca said:
Not really, else if they were still out then this game would have been postponed.sam3110 said:Interesting that we've had 2 games called off due to Covid and yet no-one is missing today due to Covid1 -

We weren't winning much lumping it up to Stockley anyway, might have to play football to feet todaySix-a-bag-of-nuts said:We won't win a thing in the air with those 2 up front.
Gonna need some creative balls to feet from our midfielders and find their runs 0 -
He’s come to watch his son Ollie.killerandflash said:I assume Rob Lee is here to watch his former club Wycombe0 -

The 14 includes a gk. If you dont have a fit gk I'm assuming you can call the game off.mendonca said:@sam3110. So if you have 3 goalkeepers with a positive test but 14 players then you're expected to fulfil a fixture? Do we know the process for a club testing and declaring tesr results? Seems a bit harsh to declare we've opted for a break without knowing any details.1 -

Jacko's comments re Stockley don't sound that hopeful. Looks like they still need to work out what injury he has. Jacko saying "not long term" rather than " he was doubtful for today & we didnt want to risk him" sounds like a few weeks to me. Good job the next 2 games are Cup games but I'll be surprised if we see him at Crewe.

Forgot that Brendan Hanlan played for Wycombe now - Feels he's had a strange career after never really looking like a League player for us0

New Years Day games always remind me of West Ham at home many years ago. My old man took us down The Valley at 9:30am because he said it kicked off at 12. Turned out it actually kicked off at 3pm. So we sat in Bartram's for about 4 hours, bored out of our minds, until they called the game off at 2:45pm for a waterlogged pitch.17
