Matthews: 5 Clare is the more assured and progressive option, that much is clear

Famewo: 5.5 honestly I don't care if he's the more solid defender (and that is by no means certain); I am one hundred percent sick of this man's inability to get the football to another Charlton player, and I demand we rescue Naby
Leko: 6.5 gonna stick up for Leko actually. one lovely cross for a goal when pitted against their out-of-position right-back; a few nice moments; plenty of blind alleys. Like DJ, gets little support and then gets pilloried by our fans when an endless supply of juicy deliveries doesn't happen
Gilbey: 7 yes I have been targeting his limitations and they were in plenty of evidence tonight. his passing, especially poor. his support for the wingers? dubious. but he did run, very fast, all game, nag tenaciously and score a fairly lovely finish (and penalty). yes, he has limitations, but he is one of only a few of our players who is unambiguously good enough at a couple of things. which is why i criticise. i criticise because i love. i love too much. it hurts.

Morgan: 6 busy. some decent balls. nothing killer, nothing damning. probably gets the next few games regardless of anything else.
Purrington: 6 got a couple of nice crosses in when left completely free. when up against a defender, fairly clueless. bring on Castillo
Burstow: 6 we're going to have to get used to this man scoring his goal and contributing nothing else, like a lower-league Pippo Inzaghi
Washington: 5.5 intelligent runs and graft can only get you so far. not a threat 
BT: 6.5 got over the best cross of the night, which
Aneke: 4 proceeded to flap at like a man beset by a mosquito
Referee: 8 a good ref tbh, better than any of our players

Leko: 4.5 Normal mix of some decent bits with some crap bits 
Gilbey: 7 At least it looked like he tried. Took his chance first half and could/should have done better with his chance in the last couple of minutes 
Watson: 2 Awful performance tonight and no effort to close his man down for their second goal.
Morgan:  5 Second of our players that looked like he cared but should have done better with his chance and general passing
Purrington: 2.5 Where did that total crap performance come from.They looked dangerous down his side all night, had trouble controlling the ball all game and couldn’t pass to a red shirt.
Burstow: Scored his goal but was out muscled for most of the game. Third player that at least tried
