Superb athlete, he was running up those steps yesterday with the bike @ 13 min 5k pace...
He ran his home parkrun in 13.25 this year also.
13.25 is 5 seconds off the British Road record and Olympic class athlete material . I believe it is widely recognised that the time TP posted was down to a Strata calibration error.

He was running close to 13 min miles yesterday with a bike...
Even if the GPS data was out and it was say 15 mins i would love to be able to do it
Magnificent performance. The Belgians tried to work him over in the opening laps, but he timed his break well and rode away from them. The two main Cyclo Cross World stars Wout Van Aert and Matthieu Van Der Poel were both absent, which made him the favourite, particularly after his recent win at Hulst. But he took full advantage.
He might be a bit lightweight for Paris-Roubaix. But no reason why he can't go well in the Tour of Flanders, Liege-Bastogne-Liege, and the other Spring Classics, plus the Road World Championships at the end of the season.
Nice to see the Cyclo Cross Rainbow Jersey on a British rider for the first time.

There were a good 7-8 Belgians taking turns putting pressure on him but he rode them out.
Pidcock said that the absence of VdP and Van Aert actually put more pressure on him because more was then expected.
