Can anyone recommend a plumber who covers SE23

I rent out a property and the tenants are having a problem with the shower (with mixer taps installe din 2013 I think) running hot then cold then back to hot every few minutes. The bolier has just been serviced and the same thing doesn't happen to water from any taps.
