That's very sad. Anna was a stalwart of the Theatre Royal Stratford when I was a nipper and used to see her in lots of things there. Later used to see her out and about around town and she always seemed to have lots of time for anybody. A very nice lady.

Not seen this mentioned anywhere else today, which is unusual as most news outlets announce when an icon of British tv dies.
