i dont know about the others but that’s definitely Richie bowman and Andy kalinka I knocked about with them in the seventies and played both with and against Andy for quite a few years he was one hard tackler and fierce competitor.

Yeah my old man is Andy Kalinka, seen in the bath, hanging the washed kits and on the treatment table too sadly he had a number of injuries I know he played for Bromley and Crawley and suffered leg breaks at both

Does he remember the photographer coming and the article?
The old man said that he remembers the bloke coming in on the day taking photos speaking to them and shortly after issuing them each with a hard copy of the scorcher annuals. This was done with the then agreement of manager Theo Foley.
