How do I unsubscribe from the recurring payment that was also stealthily setup, Thomas will be sat outside the club shop soon with a cardboard sign!
My current period runs out in 3 weeks so don't want it to continue recurring after that.
I guess I can just email support but it feels a bit deliberately convoluted so folk won't bother, supporting Charlton is like joining the Moonies, easy to get into but a bugger to get out of.

I'm sure there used to be a button by the active subscription to cancel it? clicking on the 'update billing' is just updating the payment method.0 -
