Who's for a half-time cup of Kombucha and a handcrafted truffle?

It's the Stripey Nigels according to the Sunday Times report today where the inhabitants of SE 19 (instead of Bovril) are said to favour the specialist Asian tea called Kombucha (which appears to be created by fermenting sugared tea until such time as a bacteria forms in the mixture making it at that stage ready for consumption).
Plus, forget the Mars bars and Kit-Kats, we assume that the Sellout Park caterers have jumped on the bandwagon and have ordered in copious amounts of 'Artisan' created chocolate truffles - also evidently a favourite in those parts.
All this is found in the article which bizarrely claims that Crystal Palace is the best place to live in London in 2022 (ranked at No 1 out of 6 London areas assessed for quality of life) and the only one with a SE postcode (albeit there is a one-liner on Woolwich - cited as being 'On the Up'!).

Crystal Palace is ok, couple of decent pubs and restaurants but there are far better/more interesting places in South East London.I went to SALT in Woolwich before a home match recently (really convenient for our matches now that Charlton has lost a lot of its pubs) and that was pretty good. Woolwich almost feels like a gentrification experiment these days.0

Woolwich and Deptford are both prime gentrification sites. Crystal Palarse and the surrounding area just has a smell that can't be washed out of it0

I was drinking in Westow House at Crystal Palace on Friday, it's nice area but is no where near Selhurst Park.0

I stand corrected by the ever erudite and knowledgeable Glass Half Full who tells me that:
The charmless oiks' stadium is located in South Norwood, namely SE25. Upper Norwood/Crystal Palace is perched on top of the hill, namely in the vicinity of the Great Exhibition's extravaganza in glass in SE19, a different world that of the hoi polloi. As are the respective stations - the hectic, bustling Norwood Junction vs the echoing grandeur of sparsely patronised Crystal Palace. SE18 is different yet again.
Nevertheless, the article in the ST does indeed talk about -proof that SE19 is alive and kicking are the fortunes of Crystal Palace FC - as being a plus point so I will continue to take the Pissarro (see full article for the pun reference).0 -

Was in Crystal Palace on Sunday, and with all it's craft beer, antique markets and yuppy couples, it's almost unrecognisable from what it was before.
Norwood, Selhurst and Thornton Heath are too far gone to ever improve.1 -
As much as it pains me to say, i'd rather go out on a social in Crystal Palace than Charlton. The pubs and restaurants in Charlton are shocking.1

I've never understood why the Palace area has SE postcodes. It is South London but it's not South East London. If North London has N postcodes then why can't South London have S postcodes?0
