I mentioned in another post where a small club such as Lincoln, and I'm sure many others, have successfully recruited in Ireland, Scotland and the National Leagues .. I doubt that many databanks carry in depth statistics about all the minor British and Irish leagues .. we don't need too many more 'seasoned pros' unwanted by other clubs .. as well as developing our own, we need ambitious young pros and more relevant to this post, the scouting network to find and nurture them
