    I wonder if TS will pay for an extension on my gaff.

    Imagine starting a business and then not fitting it out properly with what you need to carry out your operations because you don’t own the building. Imagine joining an office that has no infrastructure because the founder decided not to invest anything until the company can afford to buy property. Imagine starting a store on the high street but not wanting to put any money into kitting out the space until you can buy your landlord out. 

    Businesses invest in their operations because they a plan that they’re confident will make a return. This is no different.

    Thousands of businesses up and down the country do this, not everyone owns the land and buildings they work out of.
