Arguably,  Morocco are a stronger side than Brazil. Going 1 down so early is a disaster for Scotland

Scotland look dreadful, barely string two passes together. Morocco are a good side will be a threat in the tournament.

Feels like Morocco have an extra man or two on the pitch.

I’d be stunned if Scotland scrap a point here. Think they’ll fair better against Brazil’s aging midfield and weak wingbacks.

Only watched the last 20 minutes but Scotland have been pretty dire.
  • Scotland fortunate to only be a goal behind

Scotland need a decent striker up front.

    Shame they haven't got one.

I think they could go all the way to the final.

A bit harsh, Morocco are very decent.

Never thought I would ever say these words but I actually think their best chance is getting him on and lump high balls up for him to do his havoc thing and hope the ball drops to a Scottish player in the box no chance they are going to pass through Morocco

For me that’s very close to a pen. Contact without any touch of the ball.

McGinn was playing for the contact, but the contact was there. I think that's one of those ones that's a foul anywhere else on the pitch. Not really sure why that wasn't given.

Think it’s one of those that the VAR won’t overturn. If the ref had given a penalty it would have stayed one

Worth letting him have a look at the monitor though? He doesn't have to over turn himself in that situation, as happened for the (inexplicable) non-penalty for France the other day?

This ref is losing control. Few of these have been blatant fouls and he’s letting it all go.

What’s most interesting here for me is how poor Morocco look when pressed in their own third.

They do look quality in the final 3rd though.
