Responsible for so many songs that became standards but, "This Old Heart Of Mine" still remains one of my all time favourites

Wasn't a great motown lover, but can't take away the massive success that he brought to many of the pop stars over the years. Will say i loved simple game by the four tops not sure whether hi is credited with that.

My parents loved them and will always remember seeing Holland-Dozier-Holland on many of the records my parents owned.

    RIP.
  • I would think a lot of folk can sing along to his songs and not know that he wrote them.
RIP and thanks for some wonderful memories.
