A depressing 1-0 defeat which sees Charlton Twitter digging out academy graduates.It’s the charlton way if I’ve ever seen it, beat the championship side lose to league two and Walsall then go on to draw arsenal away.1

I think the club is more serious about cup runs this season, probably for financial reasons, but we are long overdue a decent run so I’m in favour whatever the reason!0

Probably in a minority of one, but would it make more sense to play Chin in midfield and JFC at left back? If you picked the same players.
I understand the former is a midfielder being converted into a right back but if our full backs are tucking into center mid anyway it would make sense to have the naturally left footed player there.
Also unless they are working on Chin being bi full back, midfield curious possibly better not to ram him in a square hole so early in his career?1 -
Would probably make most sense to play a back 3 and have both of them as wing backs as then Ness can play at CB as well.
