Can we still sign loan players? I’m sure we can but I can’t find anything about it.

Only an emergency goalkeeper if both our registered keepers are unavailable. So if McG gets injured whilst Woolacott is away on international duty we can draft someone in.0

And we can loan players out to the National League and below (and recall them anytime we want), as that's not covered by transfer windows1
