I've always had this strange feeling when I look at football fixtures. Taking Charlton games, when things are going well, almost every game looks winnable. When things aren't going so well, every game looks difficult. You can always find a reason why playing at home to the bottom team is an accident waiting to happen in bad times. I remember this, particularly in Charlton's Premier League days. Games like Everton away would look very winnable when we were riding high, but then would look impossible when we were down the bottom with Dowie. The Prediction League has the same effect on me. I make my predictions when things are going well with reasonable confidence, expecting something to come up trumps. But, if you are in a bad run, every game looks ready to trip you up. When I picked the games for this week, they looked like a decent bunch to choose from. By Friday when I make my predictions, I am certain that I will find reasons to find every game a minefield. Such is life when things aren't going well. I think I'll copy
@paulie8290! Still, take a look at these and choose your three. And, good luck.
