Brilliant stories from Peter Varney & Steve Sutherland about the re-building of the club, player transfers, the spirit amongst the players etc. DO NOT MISS THIS, it really is excellent listening.

I’ve not listened, but is that more synonymous with the shift in general office working environments for say the mid-90s to now? Work culture in general seems to have shifted so much in the last 20-30 years

It's more about how they fostered a family atmosphere where everyone working at the Valley, Bexleyheath, Sparrows Lane hauled the club forwards
