I thijnk this is really cool to see. You can't under estimate the importance of getting immersed in the club and it's history. It will endear you to the fans but also lets the players get some buy-in to what the club means to it's fans.
Just dropping a reference in to our history in any sound bites or interviews would go a long way to helping the fans get on board as opposed to getting on your back.
Really glad to see this and hope it becomes a tradition across the age groups6
