    Ok mate. All done in around 9.5 minutes, but was glad to get a look again at some of those pen decisions that went our way.

    Our bit on Itv1 at around 12.34am to be exact and not on itv4+1 at all apparently.

    ITV4+1 at 11.30pm. +1 is what it says, same schedule just an hour later.

    My programme guide says itv4+1 programmes "return at 5am" - maybe I have a different freeview set-up

    ITV4 + 1 isn't on freeview, but is on Virgin, Sky and Freesat.
