M-B: 5 no fault for the first 2. The 3rd is on him, but shit defending for the lad to even get a shot off.
Ness: 5 not his best game. I do feel as if he had no protection from a lazy Clare.
Lavelle: 4.5 don’t think he was as bad as three of the other defenders. Was still pony.
Thomas: 3 has been ill over Christmas and and hasn’t played for a while. It showed.
Clare: 3 that first half was diabolical. He put in no effort. That second goal was on him.
Dobson: 5 tried to be combative in the middle of the park but with no other help, it was never going to happen.
Henry: 5 extra half mark for the dead balls. They were on the money every time.
Payne: 5 ran a lot. Left Chin very exposed
Chin: 3.5 I generally feel sorry for him. He’s not a full back and certainly isn’t left sided. Got schooled by Murphy. He’s one for the future, but with our lack of options, this club is ruining his career. Needs a loan, and at least he tried (which other players failed to do).
Stockley: 4.5 he just looks overweight. He can’t move. Tried but you can’t put a low in confidence player next to an inexperienced one.
Kanu: 4 first team football has come too soon for him. Needs to go and earn his stripes in the Conference.
R-S: 6 scared them but game was gone. His head isn’t with Charlton.
B-T: 6.5 scared them. Good cross for the goal. Still doesn’t do much defensively
Inniss: 4 I’m hearing he forearm smashed their player in the face off the ball. Sounds like another ban incoming. Yet to see proof though.
Leaburn: 7.5 as already said, the boy scores goals. Has to start games
Campbell: 4 see Chin. I felt for him. Unfair to bring him on at LB when he struggles in his natural position in the first team. Needs a loan to the conference. Surely the better option would’ve been Fraser as at least he’s got a footballing brain.
Referee: 4 poor. Not consistent.There was a lack of effort, which made my journey to Oxford completely pointless.4 -

Kanu: 5 - Almost non existant, didnt get much service so hard to judge. Basic middle of the ground 5.

B-T: 6.5 - Should have started. Good attacking outlet. Still hasnt ,mastered keeping the ball down but gets us up the pitch at least.
Inniss: 5.5 I mean, not really a sub on guy to me. Even when the defence is total gash.

Dobson: 5.5 - below par but he can't do it all on his own every week
Henry: 4.5 - takes a good free-kick but overrun in the first half
Payne: 5 - runs around a lot but his decision making is poor and he never seems to have the ball properly under control
Chin: 3 - out of his depth. He needs to come out of the side to protect him and his development
Stockley: 4.5 - received practically nothing in the way of service
Kanu: 4 - ditto. Needs a little more time with the Under 21s
R-S: 5.5 - a few promising moments but out of form and lacking confidence
B-T: 6.5 - a great assist for Leaburn's goal. Errtic at times but at least he gave their defence something to think about
Inniss: 5 - shored things up a bit, although Oxford were much less of an attacking force in the second half. Always likely to make an error
Leaburn: 7: MoTM - a thumping header for his goal and should perhaps have had an equaliser from our only other real chance. A real worry for defenders with his pace and physicality
