I hope so guys, but the paper column i read not sure if it was a link here said 18th Feb as the first date after the unions refused the offer yesterday.
I have been to 3 away games this year. Accrington, Lincoln and now this, the first two were messed up by strikes so i drove and stayed over, i missed 5 home games due to the strike as i cant get home by train as the last one leaves early. The Cambridge game at home i stayed over at a cost of £147 for a night in Woolwich, well 8 hours by the time i went to bed and got up.
I have always backed people who strike as i have done a bit myself but never went on as long as this.
Wow that's the derby game if they decide next week.
They do - the article is wrong (possibly referring to an old memo). If the RMT Exec is meeting tomorrow to decide new dates, the earliest possible Saturday game to be affected would be Plymouth away on March 4. Derby away on Sat definitely won't be affected by train strikes.
First time to Pride Park and looking forward to it. Car parking becoming scarce on Just Park, so if you use that app too, I wouldn’t leave it much longer. I have booked 12 mins walk away from the ground. Safe travels!
Just to make sure, I'm on the train to Derby right now. Going to absolutely scout the place out. Maybe throw in some Peak District. Talk of a giant model railway
