Would like to know if Zak Mitchell sees himself as a CB or a midfielder. He’s an exciting prospect, from what little I’ve seen.

Zach talking now: Likes to think of himself as a ball playing centre back, but with a bit of tenacity. That said he thinks it's helpful to have the flexibility to move into midfield when needed.

And with special mention to Steve Avory - a Charlton legend - who made it abundantly clear that our Academy is a very special asset & one aspect of Charlton Athletic that is the envy of many other clubs. 

A timely reminder to any potential buyer/s who might have other ideas ?

A real pleasure to host the evening. Steve Avory is so professional, Jason Pearce came across really well and the two young lads are an absolute credit to the club and their families (even if there's a Millwall tinge to Zach's). And a brave performance by @Pico while battling a heavy cold.

Completely reinforced how crucial the Academy is to present and future.
