Kanu and leaburn have to start up front.
It is probably the only thing that will make the match interesting for me. Probably needs announcing they will start now rather than an hour before kick off.

The hope back in July? A few good signings and we could be top 6?? Ah well. No chance against Colman's anti football brigade. At their place to be fair they played us off the park in the 2nd half. But if we go behind cue all the L1 specialist time wasting etc. Horrible. 1-0 to Accrington.

Thanks for an in depth preview.
Holden has to wise-up and play Kanu and Leaburn.
Home fans don’t want to watch tippy tappy pass it around the back and try to get a ball to Bonne, who loses it.

They want Rak / CBT bombing down the wing like Rommedahl and getting a proper cross into Kanu/ Leaburn.

We need to use players that are going to be in this league with us next year, and approach games with some belief.

Normally sit in The Bull in Woolwich, watch Prem game and go to Charlton. This time, I am not moving. I cannot be bothered.

Watching turgid rubbish, in an empty ground with no atmosphere (they bring 50) and in the cold...or sit in the warm, Sandown racing, Italy beating Wales, Sky Sports Football, endless Guinness.

Even if we won 5-0 I am like meh

I am done for the first time in 20 years where I could go, I choose not to. I am done with this shit for the season.
  • IMO no team epitomises the fall of the mighty Charlton Athletic like Accrington bloody Stanley does. (Apart from Fleetwood, Forest Green, Morcambe, Burton, Cheltenham, Wycombe, Lincoln, Exeter and Shrewsbury).

Even worse, given the depths we have fallen I'd be content (not happy) with a point.  As Lennie Lawrence used to say, 'The season is all about collecting points'.

Midweek Army training and team building exercise to collect us one point. 1-1.

I just don't get this. Absolutely sick of this attitude. Could understand those boycotting under the rat, but to be a couple of miles from the Valley and choose to watch tv sport?!!

Imagine being with you in the trenches. Get a grip ffs.

Season Ticket holder for many a year but wont be there today, and wont be renewing next season. Partly because my son works down The Valley on matchdays so now I go & sit on my own, but mainly because we are crap, play crap football & its just not exciting anymore. Today the golf from The PGA Sawgrass is on and that is bigger draw to me than watching a shot shy team fire blanks once again.

However, because of all that I'm sure we'll win just as a 🖕 to me.

2-1......and we do a Golfie into the bargain.

Person hit by train between London Bridge & Deptford.  Expected to be clear by 2pm, but plan other routes to the ground if you can.

Lukas Jensen their keeper will be a loss for them, he was actually sent off midweek, and talking to a couple of Ipswich fans last night, the replacement keeper looked 12!

We've had a full week of training, so no excuse for not having more of a threat up front. And better set pieces too.

All lines have now reopened following the earlier incident where a person was hit by a train between London Bridge and Dartford.
Trains running between these stations may still be cancelled, delayed by up to 30 minutes or diverted via Bexleyheath whilst servics return to normal.
We anticipate disruption will continue until 14:00.
  • Not with the neigh-sayers. I think it’s going to be a decent win to take away thoughts of TS and takeovers and bring us all back to what we can control - enjoying the footie.

Absolute bollocks . We have lost 4 out of 6 games yet he persists with Kilkenny and Payne. Sorry all you Morgan haters no surprise he has not figured in many of those games. You make mistakes when you try things these 2 along with dobson who is great at tackling cannot create a thing. Even Henry would be a better bet.
