Ness: 7 - our only reliable central defender. Let's hope he's fit for Tuesday and Saturday
Hector: 4 - really poor. Incredibly crude for someone who's played mostly at Championship level
Sessegnon: 6 - a memorable strike
R-S: 4 - barely in the game
Dobbo: 4.5 - the worst I've seen him play, although he had a heavy burden with two lightweights like Kilkenny and Payne alongside him
Kilkenny: 4 - invisible
B-T: 6 - an excellent start but, as ever, faded from view
Leaburn: 5 - a tough afternoon
Payne: 5 - a few good passes and two good free kicks in the second half, but a limited player
Kanu: 5 - should have done better with that late chance but I believe he'll come good. Got on the end of Hector's knockdown following a free-kick but was denied by a good defensive block
Morgan: 4 - a very poor cameo
Campbell: 7 - much better than most of his teammates, if that's not damning the lad with faint praise
Referee: 6 - ok. Didn't have to contend with any time wasting in the second half, given that Stanley were going for the win

Clare:      6. carries the ball well but then gives it away. Poor footballer.

Ness:      6. I worry the hype is too much. Decent but not stand out.

Hector:    3. Not seen him until yesterday. Looked like he had won a competition to play. Woeful.

Sessegnon: 5.5 Wonderful goal but a step backwards from performances earlier in the season.

R-S:      3. Total non entity 

Dobbo:   5. Not one of his better games.

Kilkenny:  3. Didn't even notice him playing for first 30mins. When I did he was rubbish.

B-T:   5.  A footballer who can't pass or cross.  For all the skill and speed it so rarely comes to anything.

Leaburn:   6. Worked hard but not his day 

Payne:  6. Worked hard but just not very good.

Kanu:  5. injected some urgency, pace and effort.  Missed a very decent chance and a second more tricky one.  Will come good.

Morgan:  3. Pony

Campbell:  7. Fast, direct and can cross. A good cameo.

Referee: 7. Did ok generally.

Thomas: n/a. Park footballer.
Bonne: n/a. Not sure he would even get into a park team.

I struggle to think of a single Charlton game in 40 years as lacking in quality as this one.
