What a shame. My cousin was a British champion at featherweight back in the early 70s and Ken asked him to go upto Lightweight and fight for his Britsh Lightweight title. Before he had the chance Ken retired. A few years later, Ken asked my cousin (when Ken went bankrupt) to an unlicensed fight to raise money for him. Ken knocked my cousin out in the 7th round and because of the fight my cousin lost his trainers license . RIP. A fantastic ambassador for British boxing. Sad day .
