  • Stockley sent off.
  • Campbell wins us a corner
Meh corner from Morgan, but Port Vale swipes at the ball on the penalty spot, which goes straight into the 'keepers arms - Could have been a horrid own goal
  • It was fun having you here, enjoy next season in a higher standard of football.

(But please not for the stripey Nigels)
  • Gonna miss JRS. One of the only reasons I decided to watch this game.

    His balance is insane.
  • Lovely ball to Rak-Sakyi, who wins it in the area

Turns, creates some space and fires past their Goalkeeper
  • Cracking goal from JRS
  • If he'd controlled that properly he never would have scored!
  • JRS awakes from his slumber and score a trade mark curler into the bottom left corner.
  • Terrible defending from Vale

    1. 60'

      Post update

Corner, Port Vale. Conceded by Michael Hector.

  • Ooo.. Ball threaded through to Leaburn in the box

Miles turns, and fires from the left but loses his footing and its a weak effort that is comfortable for their Goalkeeper

Vale Free Kick mid way between the ES corner flag, and our box

Edit: They now get a corner after Campbell charged down a volley at the edge of the area

    2-1

Weak effort from AMB to try and punch away, and they finish in an empty net

  • 62' Goal for Port Vale. Scored by Plant.
  • Did AMB drop that ball or did it hit him?

Either way, dog shit defending (of course) and Vale back in it.

Icebergs move into focus, cards starting to wobble ...
  • Poor goalkeeping and defending 2-1

    In before anyone else...

We're only one or two players away from mounting a real challenge

    ed - oops, redacted

It was Fraser on the post.

Morgan looked bemused as to where the ball was at all.

    What, for relegation  :)
  • Maynard-Brewer should have planted his feet a bit better, instead of trying to punch away

The way the takeover is going, I think its insane that people want any of the squad to go.

Got a bad feeling that anyone released, isnt being replaced by anything remotely better or similar

Will grab a replay at full time, 90% sure it was Albie who made no attempt to clear that ball. Left AMB with an awkward job, which he admittedly also did poorly with.
