Nice bit in The Guardian about one of our own and our 'exciting crop'.
Josh Laqeretabua, Fiji: England’s interest is not limited to the players called up by Ian Foster; a number of others have links to the country but are representing another nation. Charlton’s Laqeretabua has been called up to represent Fiji, where his parents were born. The 17-year-old helped Charlton’s under-18s win the title this season and is part of an exciting crop at the south London club.

Both New Zealand and Fiji got spots because they were the Finalists in the OFC U19 Championship last year
This is Fiji's second appearance at the U20 Finals, they were knocked out at the Group Stage in 2015 - Despite being thrashed 8-1 by Germany, they beat Honduras 3-0, and only finished bottom of the Group on GD, otherwise they could easily have got through to the Knockout rounds, as they Honduras and Uzbekistan all finished on three points.

You're right though, Australia are in AFC for all their Age Groups, so wont ever qualify through OFC
