There are loads and loads of albums where every track is great

Here are the albums where I've awarded literally every track 10/10:

North Sea Radio Orchestra - s/t. Classic Georgian/Victorian-era poetry (and one original lyric) set to the most stunningly gorgeous chamber-music you'll hear

    https://northsearadioorchestra.bandcamp.com/album/north-sea-radio-orchestra

Oranssi Pazuzu - Mestarin Kynsi. Absolutely insane psychedelic/electronic black metal. As much Pink Floyd and Portishead in there as there is Mayhem and Ulver; the opening track is almost something The Prodigy could have come up with on a very, very dark day. And it ALL hits. Cosmic horror deluxe

    https://oranssipazuzu.bandcamp.com/album/mestarin-kynsi

The Drones - I See Seaweed. Apocalyptic Aussie psych-blues-noise-punk which knows when to fall back and when to attack; it does so with the heaviest of guitars and the most fucked-up of chords; the most scabrous of vocals, the fiercest of declamatory lyrics
