Partnership with StatsBomb?

Was on the StatsBomb website and noticed that CAFC are listed as one of their partner clubs (alongside tens of others). StatsBomb was founded by the guy who led player analysis for Brentford for a number of years.

Does anyone know if this is a new partnership? Or it’s something we’ve had for a while?

I’m guessing this is the company that was alluded to in last night’s interview where it was said DH now has access to professional analytics

I wonder how much of a step forward this is, to do the analysis MS and others were doing wouldn’t we have got the data from a similar service?
