West Ham v. Chelsea. Commentator?

Does anyone know who the commentator is? Haven’t had Sky Sports for long so I’m not familiar with their regulars. It sounds like Ned Boulting, but my friend disagrees. We’ve tried to look it up, but no joy.

No mention of all the goals in our youth academy 
No mention of Chelsea rejecting him when he was a kid

And people say they put loads of work and study into these games so they have full details of every player 🤣

Heard that. Sadly typical of lazy Sky commentators who only vaguely know that there is life outside the Premier League.
