Replacing someone as good as Rak Saki was always going to be difficult.
I'm  not saying Campbell is as good as Rak Saki by the way but hopefully he is a huge improvement on Kirk and DJ.
I wish him well and hope he has a successful season.
I have never heard of Campbell. I know absolutely nothing about him. I have never seen him play. I have not even seen a highlights clip of him on YouTube.

Despite that, I can categorically assure you he is better than either Kirk or Jaiyesimi.
He will be our secret weapon.

We must give the lad a chance and if we can bring in another 4-5 players across the pitch, then we might have a chance to turn the season around.

You are right about Kirk/DJ and we must get rid as soon as possible.

Signing Chem could be a good move.

I wonder if this signing means we try to cash in on CBT.

That thought had crossed my mind as well, maybe enquiries have been received and a replacement has now been found 🤷‍♂️. I hope not but it wouldn’t surprise me. Also it would mean our young forwards not in so much competition with Chem for a staritng berth.

Amazes me how many people on a discussion forum get upset about others sharing their thoughts.

Remember the Wycombe home game back in March but the lad did not ring a bell with me

As per usual will reserve judgement until he plays a few games in a Charlton shirt
As per usual will reserve judgement until he injures himself in the warm up for his first appearance in a Charlton Shirt.

    "Sign a forward".

    "No, not that forward".

    🙄
I thought he plays out wide? Not a centre forward.

I am not criticising this loan but do wonder what it means for TC

The OS has him as a playmaker and "playing across the frontline" so I imagine he will be a utility player

I wouldn’t worry about TC we pick up so many injuries there’s always gaps in our squad.

We don’t know yet how long TC or Fraser are out for?

Or does he mean about TC's injury extent?

Was looking for a sign of intent from the new owners by signing a permanent striker like Nombe or Cosgrove....

If he's better than  Kirk and DJ then it's improved the squad

I have never seen him play, or even heard of him but the fact he's good enough to make 6 PL appearances for Wolves means he's categorically miles better than either of them.

Never heard of Kermogant before he joined Charlton and he had an incredible spell with us. Let’s hope our experience is similar with Chem. Hopefully straight into the line up this weekend, no 3-4 weeks to get up to speed!

Amazes me that people think comments like “never heard of him” are relevant, or can be used as a measure of how good he’s likely to be.

No shit you haven’t heard of him. He’s a 20 year old who’s played less than 30 games of senior football. It comes with the territory of young PL loans.

That is not going to happen. Anyone expecting that is living in cloud cuckoo land.

But you can not compare Kermorgant and the youngster from Wolves for heaven sake.

    One is just starting out.
My guess is Wolves are very much in the shit behind the scenes and it is helping them out just as much as us.

    Is he a Country Boy?
He's from the black country (assuming it hasn't had a recent change of name).

Being born in Birmingham is by no means the Black Country.

I meant he's on loan from Wolves (obviously).

I have no idea how good he will be playing with our squad. My disapointment is that he is a loan signi gand if he does prove good he is not going to be around after end of the season to be Parton a long term squad building.

A good signing. Rak-Sakyi mark II. Gives us a threat on the right and the left.

    That's life in league one.
