How late can games be called off? With the transfer window still open, it's possible that either side could gain or lose international players, making the current situation not necessarily the same as the one on the 2nd September.
  • Anyone attending this needs a medal been once to tick it off wouldn’t be in a rush back

Too far from station, but the town centre is great for a beer.
  • Going to this ; by then this new forward (chem)may have started to make a difference. Or am I clutching at straws?

    Get yourself a milkshake.
  • Why is it all ticket ?
  • No rail strikes will take place on this day.

    It's not, it's a 5 min cab or 20 min walk.

Not for the first time, so I gather  ;)
  • Wigan have 2 players called up so far

    Magennis for N.Ireland
    Morrison for Scotland u21

1 more and they can postpone, possibility of getting someone in the Ireland u21 as well but won't know until Thursday
  • Would do us a favour to have it postponed tbh
  • My concern is we probably know it might be postponed already and that’s why Powell was offered one game as that would give us near 3 weeks from now to get a new manager in if this game is postponed.

    Game off

The Addicks have received confirmation that Michael Hector (Jamaica), Ashley Maynard-Brewer (Australia) and Terell Thomas (Saint Lucia) have all received call-ups for their respective countries.

  • Good news, gives the new manager and new signings a chance to put this sh*tshow of a start to the season right.

Only downside, Tuesday evening all the way to Wigan, grim
  • Suspect that this potential postponement may have been factored in when sacking Holden

It gives us time to reset.
  • Interesting that Camara wasn't one of them, a fitness issue?
