"Oktoberfest" Ticket Offer

I've just tried to buy three different home tickets to get the 10% off, but when doing this online, the system doesn't appear to have been set up to automatically give the discount. I'll call the ticket office at 11am anyway, but has anyone managed to do this when booking online?

The offer only includes the Saturday home games in October, so does not include tonight's game or next Tuesday's game against Villa.
