There are ’only’ really three host countries: Spain, Portugal and Morocco. Argentina, Uruguay and Paraquay only get one match each. That’s 3 matches out of 104 so it barely counts. The real issue it seems to me is which poor three teams will be the away teams for these opening South American matches? Whoever it is, it will seem rather unfair.

Spain, Portugal and Morocco should play there, in the interest of balance...
Before the draw is made, they should factor in an extra recovery period for the six teams involved, whoever they are. For the away teams there should be an extra benefit added, like the guarantee of both the other games at the same stadium, at least.
