Found this being sold on eBay. Looks like the same programme. Note that there’s no Dave King listed, so unless he was a late addition, I guess it might not be him?
The programme on the table tells us this is a charity match between a Television All Stars XI and a Charlton Old Boys XI (and they do look old) but can anyone name them?

Norman Rossington shorter of the two on the right. I know he has a beret but hair such as it is looks similar to 'Dave KIng' in the photo.
Not sure if Frank plays the banjo though…
