    WTF is Hector doing there

Decides to try and take on three players and almost costs us a goal
  • What was Hector thinking???
  • edited November 2023
Should be 1-0 up by now at least...
The longer it goes the more likely they will win.
    Attaboy Golfie .....

Obviously if the roles were reversed you'd be saying it's only a matter of time before we concede
    1. 41'

      Post update

Attempt missed. Jordan Gibson (Carlisle United) left footed shot from outside the box misses to the right. Assisted by Jon Mellish.

  • Hector's got that in him 2 or 3 times a game
  • Hector doing Hector things there. As always.
  • That is appalling from Hector

  • 42' Smart stop from Maynard-Brewer  He makes himself big to deny Gibson.

Fwiw I don't particularly rate either McGrandles or Fraser at the moment, but only one of them has looked up for it today and has been one of our better players.

I did used to rate Fraser before he joined us.
  • Good stop from AMB again as a result of Hector's error

Our worst player IN THIS GAME SO FAR has been Alfie May btw, but that doesn't fit any sort of agenda now does it?
Why do you get so wound up by people expressing their opinions?
When it's the same predictable opinion you've read before the game and for the past few months,

oh FFS how have we not fucking scored
But then you also keep giving the same predictable opinion in favour.

I just want to know what's going on in the game, not hear about peoples favourite or worst players.
Well, Fraser has been really tidy in the midfield, won a bunch of tackles, and has taken some fairly poor set-pieces, but reading some of the comments you'd think he was giving it away in open play and getting bypassed

Hector doing Hector things again. We’ve been playing well but you’re always waiting for a ricket like that with this lot. Got away with that one.

Dunno, was Fraser involved by any chance 😉

  • Hector dilly-dallies on the ball in the Charlton half and gives it away - Gibson shoots at AMB from an angle. Mellish then sees a header comfortably saved.
  • Bolton 2-0
  • Just refreshed and got the ‘Something has gone wrong’ message. I hope it’s not a sign.

Some people are now seeking a scapegoat after McGrandles steps up and Kirk goes missing

  • One-two between CBT and Leaburn, former's shot defects behind for a corner
  • Hector deserves a bit of a rocket for that.

    And May for that

    Bolton 2-0
Whoever finishes above them this season wins the league
  • Chelts down to 10 men
  • +1' 1 minute is added on...
  • Brum losing to Sheff Wed.
  • Think May has jinxed himself being 1-2 behind haaland lol
  • Yeah I don't get the whole Fraser is shit thing. Apart from set pieces he's been good, played some incisive passes, had some tidy touches.

@Leuth is absolutely right that May has been our most disappointing player. But he'll come good.
  • HT 0-0, good first half, should be at least one up, anyway second half coming up, so we can change it up a bit and start scoring...
  • Carlisle have been incredibly lucky with the run of the ball on a few occasions

  • Goalless at the halfway point
