Finished 1-1 but no idea if Micah got on the pitch or not, I’m sure the FA will do a match report at some point0

Micah came on at the 60 minute mark, congratulations to him for what I believe is his England debut in any age category?21

Believe so. Think this is also the rebranded squad that Small got called up to a few times last year and he’s now in the U21s so there’s a chance for progression through the age groupssam3110 said:Micah came on at the 60 minute mark, congratulations to him for what I believe is his England debut in any age category?6 -

Micah says he got the assist for the goal, hopefully that helps him get called up again13 -
His current competition is a striker who’s scored 2 in 15 for Northampton and someone who’s only played in the premier league 2 no reason why he wouldn’t.Only downside is he couldn’t start the Walsall game and Tovide got a goal and assist hoping it doesn’t mean he’s going to be given more starts moving forward in expense of Mbick as he’s our player rather than Colchester’s1

Congratulations Micah...9 -
Scored again today7

Need to get him back in jan1

Leave them both well alone to work on their development, rather than risk Pigott'ing them29
-
Both playing for attacking teams creating plenty of chances against L2 defenders. Leave them there to keep developing, it's a big gap to the Championship and a team built on defence first.8

This is it. They are playing in League Two. Neither are yet ready for the Championship, Mbick especially.Athletico Charlton said:Both playing for attacking teams creating plenty of chances against L2 defenders. On the other hand look what happened to Morgan Doughty and Grant. It’s definitely better to leave them on loan but we can’t say they’re not ready unless we’ve seen them play minutes in this league. Also what counts as ready because if it means just matching Kelman TC Oloafe and Leaburn’s performances it’s not like there would be pressure on the pair to come in and score 15+ goalsLargeAddick said:

I think NJ needs to get his game plan together with what he's got first and try to give everyone around the club a bit of confidence back in this difficult spell than rely on a rescue from our youngsters.3

The way their fans praise his hold up play and all round game I think we’ll see in time he’s really closed the gap between him and our first team strikers.NabySarr said:

Weekly Mbick highlights reel. Some really good holdup play from him in there.5 -
Lovely through ball in there and some good defensive work that would get NJ’s attentionMarcusH26 said:https://www.instagram.com/reel/DRp0ZbFiHZS/?igsh=cWd5YjlhOXdpcmd1

That's the sort of goal that gets you noticed.1

Sounds weird but he almost plays like a younger version of Kane (I’m not saying he will be that good).
Back to goal, likes to hold off his man and find a pass. Plays from deep at points too. Clearly a very good finisher for his age.
Exciting stuff.7
